A large cave that enable to talk about many speleology topics for a great first step into the caving world for everyone. The route can be adapted depending on groups composition. Lots of large hallway and big chambers to visit, and 2 passages on 4 wheels. Fuilla cave is protected through Natura 2000 label and is part of the same network as Les Canalettes. This caving route is perfect for families with kids or for a grown-up group that wants to find answers to a thousand questions on the mystery underground world.

TEMPERATURE : La température de la grotte est d'environ 12°C. NIVEAU PHYSIQUE : Accessible à toute personne en bonne santé ne présentant pas de contre-indication à la pratique de la spéléologie. NIVEAU EMOTIONNEL : Deux passages à 4 pattes. NIVEAU TECHNIQUE : Pas de technique de corde QUE FAIRE DANS LES ALENTOURS : - Visiter Villefranche-de-Conflent - Visiter le Fort Libéria - Prendre le petit train jaune - Excursions aux bains chauds - Randonnée à la cascade des Anglais (2h)

The Fuilla cave is accessible from June 1st to September 31st.
The rest of the year, we leave it to the bats. It's one of the largest hibernation sites in the department.
